Methodology. Each block starts at its opportunity's close date — not before it — since the close date is the earliest point the deal could convert and the consultant could actually start. Block width is fixed and uniform at roughly one month: HubSpot doesn't track expected engagement duration, so width carries no meaning here, only the start position does. The timeline itself starts on 25 August 2026, not the beginning of the month — every open opportunity closes on or after 31 August, so the first three weeks of August held no blocks and have been trimmed to keep the chart legible. Colour is unchanged — a rainbow spectrum by likelihood, an equal 1/6 share per stage (Opportunity Identified → Closed Won). Scope: Medium/High priority, open pipeline opportunities only — Closed Won and Closed Lost deals are excluded, since this view is about upcoming consultant demand, not confirmed or lost work. Dashed borders mark opportunities where the consultant allocation was recorded as tentative in HubSpot (e.g. "Jaco?").
